Groups

Groups

Begin using Echo by setting up one to 5 groups for Accounts on the shared short-code or up to 10 groups for Accounts on the private short-codes.
There is a group limit of 5 on the shared short-code as having more than 5 groups will limit the naming of groups for Enterprises whereas for private short-code there is a limit to 10 groups to discourage misuse of groups. One can segment a group by using labels and custom fields
By grouping contacts you can easily send to a predefined set, such as participants of different research studies, clients in different regions, leads from different marketing strategies or owners of different products. In Groups, you add, delete and manage your contacts as you begin to engage and build your contact database
