Other Options in a Folder

There are additional option available in a folder which are:

Go to Folders

  1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Folders
  2. Click on “All Folders” in the sub menu
  3. This will open up the Folders List
  4. Click on the desired folder
  5. In the folder,  Click the “Go to Folders”  on the top bar.
  6. This will bring the Go to Folders window . This options allows you to easily navigate to a different folder other than the one you are in

Delete a Communication

The platform will ask you to enter your password and you can only delete one survey, quiz or note at a time.  This will serve as a confirmation that the user is aware of the deletion action they are taking and that it is permanent.
  1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Folder
  2. Click on “All Folders” in the sub menu
  3. This will open up the Folders List
  4. Click on the desired folder
  5. In the folder, select the desired communication and click on the “Delete”.
  6. This option will delete the selected communication campaign i.e. Survey, Notice or Quiz

Duplicate a Communication

You can use this option when you would like to edit an already active survey, quiz or notice as it will be duplicated in design mode.
  1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Folders
  2. Click on “All Folders” in the sub menu
  3. This will open up the Folders List
  4. Click on the desired folder
  5. In the folder, select the desired communication and click on the “Duplicate” . 
  6. This option will create a copy of the selected survey/quiz/notice.

Move to Folder

  1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Folders
  2. Click on “All Folders” in the sub menu
  3. This will open up the Folder List
  4. Click on the desired folder
  5. In the folder, select the desired communication, click on “Move to Folder” .
  6.  This option will move the selected item to another selected folder

Upload Survey or Notice

  1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Folder
  2. Click on “All Folders” in the sub menu
  3. This will open up the Folder List
  4. Click on the desired folder
  5. In the folder,  Click on the “Additional Menu Ellipsis”  on the top right.
  6. Click on “ Upload Survey or Notice”
  7. The upload options window  will open up .
  8. Here you can be able to specify the upload format (XLSForm, EchoFormat)
  9. View the specifications for the upload format and upload  the file.
