Survey performance analysis allows you to quickly generate dynamic, in-platform visualizations and summary analytics for:
- Survey invite and trigger counts.
- Survey response rates.
- Survey completion rates.
Using this tool, you can compare and monitor key variables such as:
- Period of survey being sent out
- Completion rates of invited/triggered surveys
How Does it Work?
To access this tool, do the following:
- Click on the left pane menu
- Under "Analysis", select Survey Performance
- On the Survey selector dialog, select the survey(s) you would like to analyze. You can select surveys across different projects folders if you wish to compare multiple surveys.
- Click on "Compare".
- On the "People" filter, select who you wish to generate analysis for i.e on people who were invited, who responded and who completed the survey.
- Click on "Select Date Range" and select the desired date range you would like to apply during analysis.
