Contacts

Contacts are respondents and participants that you would like to engage and communicate with. Contacts on the platform are uniquely identified by the phone numbers and grouped into a predefined set on the Echo Mobile platform known as a Group. 

You can capture and build a contact’s profile on the platform by capturing their name( full name), location or capture additional information of the contact such as GENDER, AGE, BIRTHDAY.
