Dashboards

Dashboards are a tool that Echo Mobile developed to help you visualize analytics that you frequently reference into one view. These analytics could be drawn from Survey Performance or Net Promoter Score analysis.

You can customize and build dashboards to have a quick and easy view of analytics that matter to you without having to go into individual analysis pages.

How does it work?

To create a new dashboard, follow the steps below:
  1. While logged in to Echo Mobile, click on the left pane menu.
  2. Under Analysis, select Dashboards.
  3. On the top right corner of your screen, click on ADD NEW.
    This opens the dashboard editor in Edit Mode where you can add Survey Performance and NPS analytics.
  4. Proceed to give your Dashboard a name and description of what it highlights.
  5. On the right side of your screen, click on ADD ITEM.bYou will be prompted to choose from either Survey Performance or NPS Analysis. Select one of the options listed.
  6. On the Survey selector dialog, select the survey(s) you would like to display in your dashboard. When done, click COMPARE at the bottom right corner of the dialog box.
  7. You can select surveys across different projects folders if you wish to compare multiple surveys. However, a MAXIMUM of 4 Surveys can be added to a dashboard at a time.
  8. You are then prompted to add items to your dashboard. These could either be Stat boxes or charts.
    Each item is color coded to correspond to the survey you select.
  9. Click on View Mode on the top right to save your dashboard.

View Your Dashboards

To view your existing dashboards, do the following:
  1. While logged in to Echo Mobile, click on the left pane menu.
  2. Under Analysis, select Dashboards.
