Getting Started Exporting out Communications

As you engage and communicate with your target contacts via your preferred communication channel, you will start building  various data sets on your contacts: who they are, what they think and if they have any sentiments to share with you

Export out Contacts and related information

  1. Go to your homepage
  2. Using the quick access button, click on “Exports”.
  3. Click on “Contacts”
  4. Select desired group
  5. This will open up the Report Options.
  6. Select the fields that you would like to include in the export. You can include custom fields as well.
  7. You can also to choose to a Date Range (Date From and Date To) for the contacts you desire to export.
  8. Once you have selected the desired report options and date range, click on “Generate Report”
  9. A Export Contacts background task will start and once it is complete, click on the download icon on the task to download the Contacts Export report

Export out Survey Results

  1. Go to your homepage
  2. Using the quick access button, click on “Exports”.
  3. Click on “Survey”
  4. Select desired project folder
  5. Find and select the desired survey
  6. This will open up the report options.
  7. Select the fields that you would like to include in the export. You can include custom fields as well.
  8. You can also to choose to a Date Range (Date From and Date To) for the contacts you desire to export.
  9. Once you have selected the desired report options and date range, click on “Generate Report”
  10. A survey result export background task will start and once it is complete, click on the download icon on the task to download the Survey Results report

Export out Notice Send reports

  1. Go to your homepage
  2. Using the quick access button, click on “Exports”.
  3. Click on “Notice”
  4. Select desired project folder
  5. Find and select the desired notice
  6. This will open up the report options.
  7. Select the fields that you would like to include in the export. You can include custom fields as well.
  8. You can also to choose to a Date Range (Date From and Date To) for the contacts you desire to export.
  9. Once you have selected the desired report options and date range, click on “Generate Report”
  10. A notice report background task will start and once it is complete, click on the download icon on the task to download the notice report

Export Inbox Messages

  1. Go to your homepage
  2. Using the quick access button, click on “Exports”.
  3. Click on “Inbox”
  4. This will open up the report options.
  5. Select the fields that you would like to include in the export. You can include custom fields as well.
  6. You can also to choose to a Date Range (Date From and Date To) for the contacts you desire to export.
  7. Once you have selected the desired report options and date range, click on “Generate Report”
  8. A inbox report background task will start and once it is complete, click on the download icon on the task to download the inbox report.
