Getting Started with Analysis

The Echo platform offers a suite of analytical tools that can help you understand data you gather on the platform. Use this button to generate dynamic and in-platform visualizations of communications such as Contact Analysis, Survey Performance,  NPS and Dashboards

Contact Analysis

Contact analysis lets you visualize your contacts as they get added into your account. You can now quickly and efficiently pull your contacts' data into charts broken down by the information you have on them e.g gender, county, preferred language.
To access contact analysis, follow the steps below:
  1. From the Left-hand menu, click on “Analytics”
  2. Click on “Contact Analysis” in the sub-menu
  3. This will open up the contact analysis with a chart will be plotted over time based on the contact’s creation date
By default the chart show contacts over time - this when contacts were added into a group. You can create contacts through manual entry, upload, referral and field agent data collection or an API integration

Survey Performance

Survey Performance analysis allows you to quickly generate summary analytics for, Survey invite counts, response rates and completion rates.
  1. Go to your homepage
  2. Using the quick access button, click on “Analyze”.
  3. Select “Survey Performance”
  4. On the Survey selector dialog, select the survey(s) you would like to analyze. You can select surveys across different projects folders if you wish to compare multiple surveys.
  5. Click on "Compare".

NPS Analysis

NPS Analysis allows you to create gauges and charts to measure and monitor customer loyalty and growth through Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  1. Go to your homepage
  2. Using the quick access button, click on “Analyze”.
  3. Select “NPS”
  4. On the NPS survey selector dialog, select the survey(s) you would like to analyze. You can select surveys across different projects folders if you wish to compare multiple NPS surveys.
  5. Click on "Compare".

Dashboards

Dashboards allow you to see your most important visualizations in one view. You can add Net Promoter Score and Survey Performance gauges and charts to a dashboard.
  1. Go to your homepage
  2. Using the quick access button, click on “Analyze”.
  3. Select “Dashboard”.
  4. On the top right corner of your screen, click on ADD NEW.This opens the dashboard editor in Edit Mode where you can add Survey Performance and NPS analytics.
  5. Proceed to give your Dashboard a name and description of what it highlights.
  6. On the right side of your screen, click on ADD ITEM.
  7. You will be prompted to choose from either Survey Performance or NPS Analysis. Select one of the options listed.
  8. On the Survey selector dialog, select the survey(s) you would like to display in your dashboard. When done, click COMPARE at the bottom right corner of the dialog box.
  9. You can select surveys across different projects folders if you wish to compare multiple surveys. However, a MAXIMUM of 4 Surveys can be added to a dashboard at a time.
  10. You are then prompted to add items to your dashboard. These could either be Stat boxes or charts.
  11. Each item is color coded to correspond to the survey you select.
  12. Click on View Mode on the top right to save your dashboard.
