            Group Inbox

            Each group has an inbox where messages from the respondents are stored. Here is where you will find all responses to notices (Notices are one-way messaging therefore respondent responses are found in the group inbox).

            For organizations using private short-codes, people who send messages to your short code but are not registered to any of your respondent groups will have their messages stored in the default group’s inbox.

            To open up a Group Inbox, do the following:
            1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Groups
            2. Click on the desired group in the sub menu
            3. Click on Inbox to access the group’s Inbox

            Reply Messages on Group Inbox

            You can reply to the messages here or on the respondent’s personal profile. To reply to a message from a contact, do the following:
            1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Groups
            2. Click on the desired group in the sub menu
            3. Click on Inbox to access the group’s Inbox
            4. Click on “Reply” and this will open up the message log with the selected contact
            5. Type in the reply message and click on send.

            Search Messages in Group Inbox

            You can search the group inbox using search box or advanced search options. To use these search options, do the following:
            1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Groups
            2. Click on the desired group in the sub menu
            3. Click on Inbox to access the group’s Inbox
            4. Click on the Search box, type in the desired search parameters and click on the search icon
            5. To view advanced search, click on "advanced search"
            6. Here, there are the unread messages and starred messages toggle buttons. You can enable or disable the desired toggle button and click on "Search"
            7. You can also search by the received dates and message length.
            8. Refresh the page to go back to the default view of inbox messages

            Export Message from Group Inbox

            1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Groups
            2. Click on the desired group in the sub menu
            3. Click on Inbox to access the group’s Inbox
            4. Click on the additional menu  and click on export messages
            5. Select your preferred report option and click on "generate report" to download the report

            Use Google Translate in Group Inbox

            To use the Google Translate on the Group Inbox

            1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Groups
            2. Click on the desired group in the sub menu
            3. Click on Inbox to access the group’s Inbox
            4. Click on “Reply”  and this will open up the message log with the selected contact
            5. Under the message there is a “Translate” icon. Upon clicking on “Translate”, select the desired language
            6. Once you have selected the desired language options, click on”OK” and the message will be translated.

            Additional Options in Group Inbox

            To view additional inbox options, do the following:

            1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Groups
            2. Click on the desired group in the sub menu
            3. Click on Inbox to access the group’s Inbox
            4. Click on the check box next to a message, several options will appear which are shown in the image below:

              1. Search Option

              2. Toggle Archive

              3. Mark as Read

              4. Mark as Unread

              5. Toggle as Favourite

              6. Select/Unselect
