How do I Delete Contacts in a Group and Keep Their Data?

As part of managing your contacts and contacts groups within your account, you may wish to delete existing contacts but these contacts have a history of messages, conversations and data.

Depending on your own engagement plan and process, you may wish to store this data offline after deleting the said contacts from the Echo Mobile platform. You can perform data extraction of contact's data by generating various reports available within the platform.

It is important to note that once a contact is deleted from the Echo Mobile platform, all their related data will be deleted from their platform
