Label Management

Here you can be able to manage the labels that you apply to contacts in your group enterprise-wide.

You can choose to prioritize a label by applying a colour to it. This will ensure that the coloured label appears at the top of the list when you are choosing a label filter under the invite launcher and coloured labels would appear on contacts under the contact list in a group.You can also choose to delete labels that you are currently not using to segment and identify your contacts

Apply Color to a Label

To apply a colour to a label, do the following:
  1. On the top navigation bar and then click on your organization menu
  2. Under the Settings tab, click on "Advanced Options"
  3. Under Prioritized Labels, click on the drop-down or type in the desired label that you wish to apply a colour to.
  4. Select the desired colour
  5. Click on "Save Color"

Remove Color from a Label

To remove a colour from a label, do the following:
  1. On the top navigation bar and then click on your organization menu
  2. Under the Settings tab, click on "Advanced Options"
  3. Under Prioritized Labels, click on the drop-down or type in the desired label that you wish to apply a color to.
  4. Click on "Remove Color"

Delete a Label

To delete a label, do the following
  1. On the top navigation bar and then click on your organization menu
  2. Under the Settings tab, click on "Advanced Options"
  3. Under Prioritized Labels, click on the drop-down or type in the desired label that you wish to apply a color to.
  4. Click on "Delete Label"
  5. A window prompt will pop up confirm the deletion, click on "Yes"
  6. The selected label will be deleted.

This action will delete this label from selectors but will not remove it from any of your contacts. This is useful to clean up labels that are no longer used. You can do this by using a contact global action
