Manually Registering a Serial

You can manually register a serial with a contact number. To manually register a serial, do the following:

  1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to More
  2. Click on “Products”, this will open up the Products List window.
  3. Click on the desired product
  4. Under the selected product, click on "Serials". This will open up the Serials List window 
  5. Click on the desired serial.
  6. This will open up the Serial Details page, under “Manually Register Serial”, key in the contact’s phone number and click on "Register"
  7. Once the Product Serial has been registered, the contact details are assigned to the product.
