Resend Blocked Messages

Resend Blocked Messages

Once the Daily Spending Limit amount has been reached and the communication freeze is activated, the Resend Blocked Messages setting will prevent re-sending any old messages caught in the freeze.

It is advisable to keep the Service Blocking Limit hours to zero (0) to give you control in selecting which old messages should be sent and prevent messages going out automatically.

Re-sending Blocked Messages

To resend blocked messages, do the following:
  1. On the top navigation bar and then click on your organization menu
  2. Under the Settings tab, click on "Resend Blocked Messages" and enter the desired number of hours
  3. Click on Save to update the changes
