Once the Daily Spending Limit amount has been reached and the communication freeze is activated, the Resend Blocked Messages setting will prevent re-sending any old messages caught in the freeze.
It is advisable to keep the Service Blocking Limit hours to zero (0) to give you control in selecting which old messages should be sent and prevent messages going out automatically.
There are 3 options available for managing unsent messages caught in the communication freeze:
Unsent Messages | Resend Blocked Messages Hours | Example |
Option 1: Sending ALL unsent messages | Set the hours SINCE the communication freeze was activated and the present time. | Enter 90 hours if the Daily Spending Limit was reached at 4:00 P.M. on 1st October 2016 and it is now 10:00 A.M, 5th October 2016, |
Option 2: Sending MOST Recent messages ONLY | Set the hours to ONLY capture the most recent messages caught in the communication freeze. | Enter 18 hours if the Daily Spending Limit was reached at 4:00 P.M. on 1st October 2016 and it is now 10:00 A.M, 5th October 2016 |
Option 3: DO NOT want to send ANY old messages | Set hours to ZERO | Enter 0 hours. This will ensure no old messages go out |
