            Survey Performance

            We have now added a new feature known as Survey Performance Tool as part of Echo's analysis suite.  Survey performance analysis allows you to quickly generate dynamic, in-platform visualizations and summary analytics for:
            • Survey invite and trigger counts.
            • Survey response rates.
            • Survey completion rates.
            Using this tool, you can compare and monitor key variables such as:
            1. Period of survey being sent out
            2. Completion rates of invited/triggered surveys

            How Does it Work?

            To access this tool, do the following:
            1. Click on the left pane menu
            2. Under "Analysis", select Survey Performance
            3. On the Survey selector dialog, select the survey(s) you would like to analyze. You can select surveys across different projects folders if you wish to compare multiple surveys.
            4. Click on "Compare".
            5. On the "People" filter, select who you wish to generate analysis for i.e on people who were invited, who responded and who completed the survey.
            6. Click on "Select Date Range" and select the desired date range you would like to apply during analysis.
