Web Entry is a feature that makes it possible for agents, reps, staff, and any authenticated user of an organization's Echo Mobile account to complete surveys and enter data on behalf of another entity or respondent.
To use Web Entry on a Survey, do the following:
From the Left hand menu, navigate to Projects
Click on “All Projects” in the sub menu
This will open up the Project List
Open the project folder in which your survey is contained, Click on the desired active survey.
This will open the Survey Editor page.
Click on the web entry icon.
This will open the Survey Web Entry.
Capture the respondent phone for whom you wish to enter a response
Enter the response in the input box (or other input methods, depending on question type) provided and moved between survey questions using the 'Next' and 'Previous' buttons.
Once the responses are captured and validated, the responses are saved into the Echo Mobile platform, and data can be viewed, analyzed and exported in the same way as all other data.
