Once you have created a quiz, you can set up the various options and features available based on your use case and customer journey. Any changes and setups configured under the quiz editor window will automatically be saved.
Accessing the Edit Quiz Page
From the Left hand menu, navigate to Projects
Click on “All Projects” in the sub menu, this will open up the Project List
Navigate to the desired project folder
Select an existing quiz from the list. You will be redirected to the Quiz window.
Quiz Name
Here you can enter a name that is used internally to identify a particular quiz from a list of projects.
To edit the quiz name, do the following:
- Go to the Edit Quiz by following the steps under Accessing the Edit Quiz page above
- Under "Quiz Name", enter the desired name of the quiz
Quiz Channel
Here you can choose the channel which you want the Quiz to be taken in. Currently, the channels available are SMS, USSD, Echo Agent and IVR
To set up the quiz channel, do the following:
Go to the Edit Quiz by following the steps under Accessing the Edit Quiz page above
Under "Quiz Channel", select the desired quiz channel.
Invitation Text
This an optional initial message sent to the respondent to introduce the quiz to the respondent and allow them to opt in to the quiz. The invitation text is optional because the text can be added to the first question.
To set up the Invitation Text, do the following:
Go to the Edit Quiz by following the steps under Accessing the Edit Quiz page above
Under "Invitation Text", enter the desired message that you wish to go out as the invitation text. Note a typical message on a feature phone will contain 160 characters,
Thank You Message
This is the last message the respondent receives on completion of the quiz.
To set up the Thank You message, do the following:
Under "Thank You Message", enter the message that you wish to go out.
Re-Sends
Here, you can choose to whether or not you would like resend of the quiz questions to go and specify the maximum number of re-sends of a question when a respondent sends an invalid response.
To set up re-sends, do the following:
Under Re-sends, enable or disable this setting by clicking on the check box.
Once enable, select the desired maximum re-sends
