Activate a Survey

Activate a Survey

Once you have build the survey by adding in the survey questions and set up the desired questions, you can now activate survey which you can then send out to your respondents. Survey Invites can only be sent for active surveys.

To activate a survey do the following:
  1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Projects
  2. Click on “All Projects” in the sub menu, this will open up the Project List
  3. In the project folder, select an existing survey from the list. You will be redirected to the Survey Window.
  4. Under Launch, Click on ‘Activate Survey’. *Once a Survey is active, only minor edits are allowed. You will not be able to delete the questions on a Survey unless you make a copy of the survey.
  5. Once your survey is ‘Active’, click on ‘Choose Respondents & Invite’ to send out your survey.
