Here you are able to view all messages that have hit your inbox across all groups.

What is an Inbox message?

These are messages from your contacts that are not part of a survey or responses to survey questions.

Accessing the Inbox

To go to Inbox, do the following
  1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Inbox
  2. Here you can be able to view all the incoming messages to your organization’s account.

Can I reply to these messages?

Yes, you can do it automatically by having an auto-reply message using the inbox settings which can be configured per group or respond manually as part of the conversation with the contact

How do Auto Replies work??

A group Inbox has an auto-reply will always be sent out for any unsolicited message sent to your account. This will occur to both questions, comments and replies to surveys that have expired.

The auto-reply text can be edited in a way that minimizes or prevents users from sending unsolicited messages. You can also choose to have a survey or notice sent in reply.

You can also choose to disable inbox auto reply due to concerns like campaign budget constraints. However, it is important to note that disabling group auto response creates a disconnect with your respondents. This is because whenever they send a message to your inbox, they will not receive a response and may feel that their messages never got to you.

Would you like to edit your current group inbox auto reply settings? Navigate to the desired group and go to inbox settings
To Reply a message, do the following:
  1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Inbox
  2. Once Inbox opens, here you can be able to view all the incoming messages to your organization’s account.
  3. Select an inbox message and click on “Reply”   

Google Translate

To use the Google Translate on the Global Inbox, do the following:
  1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Inbox
  2. Click on “Reply”  and this will open up the message log with the selected contact
  3. Under the message there is a “Translate” icon. Upon clicking on “Translate”, select the desired language
  4. Once you have selected the desired language options, click on ”OK” and the message will be translated.
