Search Product Serials

To search for a product serial, do the following:From the Left hand menu, navigate to More

1. Click on “Products”, this will open up the Products List window.
   
2. Click on the desired product
   
3. Under the selected product, click on "Serials". This will open up the Serials List window 
   

Here, you can perform search on product serial using two options below:

Search Box

This features enables to easily search for product serials if you are dealing with a large set of data, you can type in the serial code and perform serial search via free- form queries. You can search for the serial create date, name of person product is registered to etc. Click on the "Serial Search Tips" for some help on how to perform your search

Search Helper Tool

You can also click on the Search Helper Tool   which enable fields that will enable you to perform a search on serials as shown below:

Once you have performed your search, serials data will populated with regards to your search parameters. In the example below, a search was performed by a contact’s phone number.
