Delete Serials
You can delete a serial that is under the Manage Serial page. You can delete multiple serials at once, all existing serials or delete a single serial
Delete a Single Serial from a Product
To delete a single serial, do the following:
- From the Left hand menu, navigate to More
- Click on “Products”, this will open up the Products List window.
- Click on the desired product
- Under the selected product, click on "Serials". This will open up the Serials List window
- Click on the desired existing serial that you want to delete. This will open up the serial detail page
- Under the Serial Details page, click on the delete icon
and confirm that you wish to delete the serial by clicking on “Delete”.
- The serial will be deleted from the list of existing product serials
Delete Multiple Serials from a Product
To delete multiple serials or all existing serials, do the following:
- From the Left hand menu, navigate to More
- Click on “Products”, this will open up the Products List window.
- Click on the desired product
- Under the selected product, click on "Serials". This will open up the Serials List window
Select the desired existing serial that you want to delete by clicking on the check box next to the serials or click the check on the menu bar to select ALL serials
Once the serials have been selected, click on the delete icon
and confirm that you wish to delete the multiple serials by clicking on “Delete”.
The serials will be deleted from the list of existing product serials.
