Viewing Activity Logs

Activity Log provides you with a list or tracking of the latest activities that have been carried out in your account by respective users. You can view recent activities that have occurred on your Echo Platform e.g Survey Invites sent out, Notices Sent, Product Serial Tracking e.t.c

To view Activity Log, do the following:
  1. On the top navigation bar , click on your organization menu
  2. Click on Activity Log.
  3. Under Activity Log, here you can be able to view the recent activities that have occurred on your Echo Platform account.
To export out Activity Logs, do the following:
  1. On the top navigation bar , click on your organization menu
  2. Click on Activity Log.
  3. Under Activity Log, click on the additional menu ellipsis_menu.png on the top right
  4. Click on “Export Activity Log”
  5. Select the desired date filter.
  6. Click on “Generate” to export the activity log into an excel file.
