Survey response results in Echo Mobile are analyzed and stored in real time. Results Report exported from the platform in an Excel Sheet format (.xls , .xlsx or .xlsform)
To export out Survey Results, do the following:
From the Left hand menu, navigate to Projects
Click on “All Projects” in the sub menu
This will open up the Project List
This will open the Survey Editor window.
Click on “Export” on the top row
Click on “Generate Report” to enable you to select your report options from the “Report options” window.
Under Report Option, Additional Options & Filters are available as well.
Here you can be able to select the desired response format. Responses can be exported in a number of formats.
Raw data are pure responses that have not been parsed or interpreted, which are typically relevant only for SMS/USSD and IVR surveys.
Labels are human-readable versions of the response, e.g. 'Female' or 'Yes'.
Values are the underlying data value, e.g. 1 indicates the first multiple-choice response option.
You can also to choose to include incomplete cases and select the Date Range (Date From and Date To) for the results you desire to export.
Incomplete Cases (when checked) caters for contacts who were invited but never responded
to any of the messages sent. They are identified in the report as contacts with
an Invite date and NO Start date.
Once you have selected the desired respondent fields, response format and date range, click on “Generate Report”, a background task will be started.
Click on “Download” icon on the background task to export the report and save the report in a known file location.
