Viewing Notifications

Notifications show the progress and status of long-running tasks performed on the platform. From running an export to, seeing the latest results of your surveys and to uploading contacts when growing your group: notifications will let you know once these tasks are done and quickly access them.

Where to find Notifications?

To go to Notifications, do the following:
  1. Click on the bell icon at the top right corner of the page.
  2. This will open up the notifications window

Once you open up the notifications window, here you can see all tasks that you have been carrying out within your account. 


  1. To clear all the tasks, click on the dustbin icon, a pop-up icon will appear with a warning message.
  2. As the task starts, finishes or runs into errors; the progress of the task is shown by continuous feedback from the platform.
    1. A tick will show a completed task.
    2. A warning icon shows a task that encountered errors.
  1. If your tasks run into errors, you will be able to see the issues by clicking on ”View Issues” and a pop up window will appear with the number of issues encountered as well as with more information on what went wrong.
  2. When running an export task such as for exporting out contacts or messages: to download an exported file, click on "Download", and the file will be saved on your PC.
  3. From the notifications window, you can either view only your tasks or your team’s tasks by enabling or disabling the toggle button.
  4. If you want to clear a single completed task, click on the specific task then click on the clear icon.

Only account admins can clear all tasks i.e. tasks that they started as well as other users’ tasks.
