            Viewing a Survey Summary

            Survey  Summary gives an overview of the selected communication. Here you able to view details such as the date created, the date edited, the number of questions in the survey , recent activities, average duration, calculate cost etc. To view a Survey Summary, do the following:
            From the Left hand menu, navigate to Projects
            1. Click on “All Projects” in the sub menu
            2. This will open up the Project List
            3. Open the project folder in which your survey is contained, click on the desired survey. This will open the Survey Editor window.
            4. Click on “Summary” on the top row.

            Cost Summary- Calculating Cost

            This feature is available on Surveys to calculate the total cost of the communication that has been sent out.
            This feature is found under the Survey as shown below:

            This will calculate the total cost of survey based on the number of questions, the number of reminders sent and the number of resends of questions with the cost of outgoing SMS messages or IVR calls or USSD sessions

            To calculate cost, do the following:
            1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Projects
            2. Click on “All Projects” in the sub menu
            3. This will open up the Project List
            4. Open the project folder in which your survey is contained, click on the desired Survey. This will open the Survey Editor window.
            5. Click on “Summary” on the top row.
            6. Click on "Calculate Cost"
            7. A Background task will be started and upon completion will display the calculated costs.

            Update Counts

            This feature update the counts of the completes and in progress in the Survey summary.

            Since the counts are reconciled every 10 minutes, this feature triggers a reconciliation of the counts.

            To update counts, do the following:
            1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Projects
            2. Click on “All Projects” in the sub menu
            3. This will open up the Project List
            4. Open the project folder in which your survey is contained, click on the desired Survey. This will open the Survey Editor window.
            5. Click on “Summary” on the top row.
            6. Click on "Update Counts".
