Activate a Quiz

Once you have build the quiz by adding in the quiz questions and set up the desired questions, you can activate quiz which you can then send out to your respondents. Quiz Invites can only be sent for active quizzes.

To activate a Quiz do the following:
  1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Projects
  2. Click on “All Projects” in the sub menu, this will open up the Project List
  3. In a project folder, choose the ‘Quiz’ option by clicking on “Create New”  or select an existing quiz from the list. You will be redirected to the Quiz Window.
  4. Click on the edit button  to on the question you would like to edit or Click on  to start editing your first question. The Question Editor window will appear.
  5. Under Launch, Click on ‘Activate Quiz’. *Once a Quiz is active, only minor edits are allowed. You will not be able to delete the questions on a Quiz unless you make a copy of the quiz.
  6. Once your quiz is ‘Active’, click on ‘Choose Respondents & Invite’ to send out your quiz to your targeted group of contacts.
