How do I change my password?
You can be able to edit your personal details such as password. When you sign into your Echo Mobile user account for the first time, you will receive your login details. It is advisable that once you login, you change your password to something more memorable for future logins.
To change your password, do the following:
- On the top navigation bar, click on your Personal Profile
- Click on Login Settings
- Click on Change Password
- Enter Current Password
- Enter New Password and Re-type new password
- Click on Save to update the changes made.
