How do I select my alert options?

This feature will enable you to customize and select alert type you would like to receive to your email address from the Echo Mobile Platform.

You can select various alert types such as Low Balance, Subscription Reminders,New Group and Unregistered payments

To edit the alert option set up on your user profile, do the following:
  1. On the top navigation bar, click on your Personal Profile
  2. Click on Account Settings
  3. Click on advanced options
  4. Select the desired alert options
  5. Click on Save to update changes made.
