Make a Group as the Default Group
The Default Contact Group is the main group category that store contacts who self register into the correct group by sending the wrong group name/ keyword.
To make a group as the default group, do the following:
- Click on Organizations Tab then click on Manage Groups
- Click on the desired group and click “make default” group
