Create a New Group
By grouping contacts, you can easily send to a predefined set, such as participants of different projects, clients in different regions, or owners of different projects.
To create a new group via Manage Groups, do the following:
On the top navigation bar and then click on your organization menu
Click on Manage Groups tab
Click on New Group
Make a Group as the Default Group
Delete a Contact Group
