View Billing Transactions
You can view transactions that have been accumulated on your Echo Platform Account against Transaction Date, Transaction Type, Amount and Description.
To view Transactions, do the following:
- On the top navigation bar , click on your organization menu
- Click on the Billing tab
- Under Billing, Click on “Transactions”
- Here you can be able to filter the transaction by Start and End Dates by following the steps below:
Click on the Refresh Button, the transaction list will be populated.
- Click on Start Date under Filter Type, a calendar will pop up. Select the desired date e.g. 01st Jan 20XX
- Click on End date under filter type, a calendar will pop up. Select the desired date e.g. 31st Jan 20XX
