Services  are the communication channels that have been set up and available to you on the Echo Mobile Platform. Each service supports one or more communication channels and directions.

Getting Started with Communication Channels

Echo Mobile facilitates two-way communication using a variety of mobile channels (SMS, USSD, Interactive Voice Response, Android application and sensors) and then visualize this information and rolled up analytics on a web based platform.
You can employ one or a combination of these communication channels within the various engagements that you would create on the platform

View Services

You can view the services (communication channels)currently mapped to your account. You can also find out the current pricing applied to each service e.g cost of outgoing SMS, cost of USSD hops e.t.c 
  1. On the top navigation bar and then click on your organization tab
  2. Click on the Billing Tab and then click on “Services”  
  3. Under Services, view communication channels that have been set up for your organization's account
  4. Click on each individual service to view the breakdown of the pricing
