Billing Top Up

Billing Top Up on the Echo Platform provides various payment or top up options that can be utilized to suit an organization

Request an EFT

This option is used to request banking information to top-up your account via electronic funds transfer (EFT). Once EFT is initiated, please allow four business days for processing.
To request an EFT,do the following:
  1. On the top navigation bar , click on your organization menu
  2. Click on the Billing tab
  3. Under Billing, click on “Top up” 
  4. Click on "EFT"
  5. Click on the “Request EFT” button.

Pesapal

This option can be used to transact the top up payments through Pesapal. 
To use Pesapal option:
  1. On the top navigation bar , click on your organization menu
  2. Click on the Billing tab
  3. Under Billing, click on “Top up” 
  4. Click on “Pesapal”, key in the top up amount
  5. Select the appropriate currency and click on “Topup with Pesapal” to continue with the Pesapal payment transaction

Credit Card & Paypal

This option is used to transact the top up payments through using a credit card and Paypal account.
To use the Credit Card & Paypal option:
  1. On the top navigation bar , click on your organization menu
  2. Click on the Billing tab
  3. Under Billing, click on “Top up” 
  4. Click on “Credit Card & Paypal”, key in the top up amount
  5. Click on “Pay Now” to continue with the Credit card and Paypal payment transaction 

Do My account need a Top Up?

  • Accounts on the Light Plan work on a pre-paid basis. Therefore you may have to top up an amount to your account to continue using services on the Echo Platform depending on your usage. 
  • Accounts on the Standard and Premium Plan work on a post-paid basis (monthly subscription). You will have to make a payment every month to continue using services on the Echo Platform depending on your usage as well as the monthly subscription fee.
