            Advanced Options of a Notice

            This feature provides advanced options that can be set up for a notice as shown below:

            Timing

            Here you are able to  set up time dependent messages as shown below
            To set up timing for a notice, do the following
            1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Projects
            2. Click on “All Projects” in the sub menu
            3. This will open up the Project List
            4. In a project folder, choose the ‘Notice’ option by clicking on “Create New” create new communication icon.png or select an existing notice from the list
            5. Click on “Advanced Options”
            6. Under “Timing”, click on “Add Window”
            7. Set up the “Time From” and “Time To” and enter the desired message
            8. Click on “Save” to update the changes made

            Differentiation

            Here you are able to customize message text based on the value of a specific contact field, or label (e.g. to differentiate language based on language preference)

            To set up differentiation, do the following
            1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Projects
            2. Click on “All Projects” in the sub menu
            3. This will open up the Project List
            4. In a project folder, choose the ‘Notice’ option by clicking on “Create New” create new communication icon.png or select an existing notice from the list
            5. Click on “Advanced Options”
            6. Under “Differentiation", click on “Add Scenario”
            7. Add in the Condition under “IF” statement
            8. Under “THEN”, add in the message text that should go out if the condition is met. If  the conditions setup does not exist or does not match any existing contacts, the default message text will be used.
            9. You can choose a label to the contact once the condition is met as well.
            10. Click on “Save” to update the changes made

            Set Field

            Here you are able to set and populate a value into a custom field when a notice is sent out as shown below
            1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Projects
            2. Click on “All Projects” in the sub menu
            3. This will open up the Project List
            4. In a project folder, choose the ‘Notice’ option by clicking on “Create New” create new communication icon.png or select an existing notice from the list
            5. Click on “Advanced Options”
            6. Under “Set Field,” select the desired field and add in the value.
            7. Click on “Save” to update the changes made

            Set Channel

            Here you are able to set the communication channel to that will be used to send out the notice as shown below:
            1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Projects
            2. Click on “All Projects” in the sub menu
            3. This will open up the Project List
            4. In a project folder, choose the ‘Notice’ option by clicking on “Create New” create new communication icon.png or select an existing notice from the list
            5. Click on “Advanced Options”
            6. Under “Set Channel,” toggle between the desired channel. Note that this will depend on the current services mapped to your account
            7. Click on “Save” to update the changes made

            Set Mask

            You can send out notice using a Mask.

            A masked SMS send out the message with the company name (called an alphanumeric number) instead of the short-code and only works for the SMS channel This mask would already mapped on your account on the platform

            To set the Mask for a Notice, do the following:
            1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Projects
            2. Click on “All Projects” in the sub menu
            3. This will open up the Project List
            4. In a project folder,choose the ‘Notice’ option by clicking on “Create New” create new communication icon.png or select an existing notice from the list
            5. Click on “Advanced Options”
            6. Under “Set Mask,” select the appropriate MASK
            7. Click on “Save” to update the changes made.

            Daily Send Limit

            This feature allows you to select whether you want a notice to be only set once or can be sent out multiple time within a day (24 hours). This limit would apply irrespective on whether the notice is sent out to the contacts, is triggered after successful registration into a group or using a trigger keyword.  This will provide further flexibility on which notices you would like to limit or not. 
            The default daily send limit value is 1.

            To set the Daily Send Limit, do the following:
            1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Projects
            2. Click on “All Projects” in the sub menu
            3. This will open up the Project List
            4. In a project folder, choose the ‘Notice’ option by clicking on “Create New” create new communication icon.png or select an existing notice from the list
            5. Click on “Advanced Options”
            6. Under Daily Send Limit, select the desired option ( 1 or No Limitation )
            7.  Click on “Save” to update the changes made.
