Getting Started with Sending out Communication

Once you have designed your surveys, quizzes and notices; you can send out your communications right away or send automatically at a later date and time

Send out Your Communications Now

You can choose to send out your communication (survey, quiz or notice) instantly to a targeted group of contacts using the “Send Now” option

  1. Go to your homepage
  2. Using the quick access button, click on “Send”
  3. Click on “Send Now”
  4. Select the desired project folder
  5. Find and select the communication you want to send out
  6. This opens the invite launcher to send invites for a survey or quiz and the send launcher for a notice
This would open up the invite launcher(for surveys & quizzes)  and send launcher (for notices) which allows you to narrow down the send to selection of contacts. Using the Invite or Sends Launcher when pushing out a survey or quiz or notice to contacts also performs a count before sending out the engagement which assists one in estimating the cost of the entire engagement as well as ensuring that the target contacts have been selected based on the count.

Send Your Communications Later

You can also choose to schedule your engagements(survey, quiz or notice) to be sent out  at recurring intervals or after a specified time or event to a targeted group of contacts.

  1. Go to your homepage
  2. Using the quick access button, click on “Send”
  3. Click on “Send Later”
  4. Select your desired group
  5. Add a new event
    1. A calendar event allows you to set up an event to send out an engagement (survey, quiz or notice) to go out on specified frequency i.e daily, weekly, monthly, yearly or once at a certain time
    2. A relative event allows you to set up an event to send out an engagement (survey, quiz or notice) to go out a specified number of days until or since a certain date
  6. Click on “Save Schedule”.
