            Scheduling Notices and Surveys

            You can also choose to schedule your engagements(survey, quiz or notice) to be sent out  at recurring intervals or after a specified time or event to a targeted group of contacts. Within the Echo Mobile platform you can setup two types of events

            Calendar Event

            Calendar Events which allows you to set up an event to send out an engagement (survey, quiz or notice) to go out on specified frequency i.e daily, weekly, monthly, yearly or once at a certain time. This feature under group settings.
            To create a Calendar Event, do the following:
            1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Groups
            2. Click on the desired group in the sub menu
            3. Go to Schedule and click on “Add Calendar Event”
            4. Enter the desired event title
            5. Select the desired interval you wish the event to run on.
            6. Select the desired time for the event
            7. Setup the desired filters i.e Labels or Custom field values that you can use to drill down to a targeted set of contacts in the group
            8. Select the desired survey or notice that you wish to send out.
            9. Once you have set-up the desired parameters for the calendar event, click on to "Save Schedule" to save the event.

            Relative Event

            Relative Events allows you to set up an event to send out an engagement (survey, quiz or notice) to go out a specified number of days until or since a certain date. This feature under group settings
            To create a Relative Event, do the following
            1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Groups
            2. Click on the desired group in the sub menu
            3. Go to Schedule and click on “Add Relative Event”
            4. Enter the desired event title
            5. Select time-frame you would like this event to run
            6. Setup the desired filters i.e Labels or Custom field values that you can use to drill down to a targeted set of contacts in the group
            7. Select the desired survey or notice that you wish to send out.
            8. Once you have set-up the desired parameters for the relative event, click on to "Save Schedule" to save the event.

            Deleting an Event

            If you wish to remove an event from your list of events setup within your schedules, you can do this from the desired group's schedules page.
            To delete an event, do the following:
            1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Groups
            2. Click on the desired group in the sub menu
            3. Go to Schedule, in the event you wish to delete, click on the additional menu 
            4. Click on "Delete Event"
            5. Click on to "Save Schedule" to changes made
