How to Reset a User’s Password
As an Account Admin of your organization, you can reset user passwords for users who may have been locked out of their account
To change reset a user's password, do the following:
- On the top navigation bar , click on your organization menu
- Click on Manage Users tab
- On the User List, hover your mouse pointer over the desired user’s email, to reveal the hidden icons.
- Click on to edit the user account, the edit user page will open up.
- Click on the “Reset Password” button to be able reset the user account password.
- Click on ‘'Update Account’' to save the changes and the reset password link details will be send to the email Address tied to the user account.
