Including incentives to your surveys can help boost your response rates as your respondents can feel appreciated for their time, participation and the data they are providing to you.
Within a survey you have the option to set up an airtime incentive or a payment incentive reward. A respondent/ contact can either be rewarded with airtime incentive or payment incentive at the start or once they complete the survey.

To set up incentives on a survey, do the following:
Under
survey advanced options, type in the amount of invitation incentive or/and completion incentive you would like to reward contacts with or enter the payment top up amount
Under
survey advanced options, using the completion limit; you can set a limit of how many people you would like to reward with airtime or payment incentive upon survey completion by setting a completion limit.This limit works well if your contacts are opt-ing to your service as a result of the action would trigger the incentive survey
Under
survey advanced options, using the invite buffer; set a limit to avoid multiple airtime or payment rewards going out to the same person within a short time period. This limit works well if your contacts are opt-ing to your service as a result of the action would trigger the incentive survey

If your respondents are opt-ing in, you must set the
appropriate limits and buffers so as to ensure that your intended group of contacts receive their rewards
(Invite Buffer, Completion Limit)Use short questions that are easy to answer and keep the contacts focused.
For multiple choice questions in the survey, you can use the randomize feature to randomize choices to reduce biased answers from your respondents
Test out your survey with a small group of respondents before you launch your survey
