Additional Inbox Search Options

To view additional inbox options, do the following:

  1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Inbox
  2. Upon clicking on the check box next to a message,Inbox has other message option which are shown in the image below:


  1. Search Option

  2. See Inbox, Starred or Archived messages

  3. Show advanced

  4. Mark as Read/Unread

Show Text Analysis

This feature performs an analysis of the inbox messages and shows the most common words. Once clicked a window will pop with the analysis of the most common words.

To perform a text analysis, do the following:
  1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Inbox
  2. On the additional menu on the right, click on “Show Text Analysis”
  3. This would display the most common words of the messages in the inbox

Inbox Streaming

When enabled, new messages will be automatically be updated in the inbox. This would appear as continuous stream of incoming messages as the page automatically refreshes every few minutes.
To enable or disable streaming, do the following:
  1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Inbox
  2. Toggle the “Begin Streaming” option to enable or disable inbox streaming
