Remove Labels
Labels are user defined fields that you create and can use to fill out respondent database. Labels allow you to filter your data.
How to Remove a Label
- In the desired Group
- Click on the check box to select the desired contacts or click to select all contacts
- In the additional menu, select the 'Edit Labels' icon
- In the pop-up window, enter the name of the label that you wish to remove then click on the REMOVE button
The REMOVE button will only remove labels for the selected contacts while the REMOVE ALL button will remove all the labels in ALL the contact.
