Group Coupon Settings

This feature enables you to check the validity of a coupon and to redeem a valid coupon. To be able to check validity of a coupon and redeem it, the respondent must be registered in a group that has the permissions to redeem a coupon.

To Enable Coupon Redemption, do the following:
  1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to Groups
  2. Click on the desired group in the sub menu
  3. Click on the Settings tab
  4. Click on "Coupons"
  5. Under Coupons Enabled for Redemption, click and select the desired coupon
  6. Once the coupon has been selected, click on "Save Group Settings". The coupon codes can be redeemed in the group.
  7. Tip: By clicking “Manage Coupons”, you will be directed to the Coupons page where you can setup and manage new or existing coupons
