Export Contact Notes

Here you can be able to export out the contact notes that have been captured on contact's profiles.
To export out contact notes, do the following:
  1. On the top navigation bar, click on your organization menu
  2. Select "Report List" tab
  3. Hover over “More Reports” at the top right corner
  4. Click on Export Contact Notes
  5. Click on Start, enter your preferred date for the report.
  6. Click on End, enter your preferred date for the report.
  7. Click on Generate to export your report. The spreadsheet generated will contain all the communication sent out for that period.From the spreadsheet, you can filter the data to get what you need.
