Archiving Coupons

Archiving Coupons comes in handy when you have set up several coupons that you have used in previous campaigns or communications and you would like store them away since they are not part of your active campaigns.

This feature will help you see the currently-used coupons in one place and be able to “archive”  or store outdated or unused coupons in archived coupon list

To archive coupons, do the following.
  1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to More
  2. Click on “Coupons”
  3. In the Coupons page, click on the desired coupon.
  4. Click on "Edit"
  5. On the Coupon Editor, click on the "Archive" button.
The Coupon will now be marked as archived which will hide the ​desired ​coupon and expire an active coupon codes

View Archived List

To view the List of Archived Coupons, do the following:
  1. From the Left hand menu, navigate to More
  2. Click on “Coupons”
  3. Click on "Archived Coupon"
  4. This will display a list of all archived coupons on your account.
